Revolutionary options if children loose front teeth accidentally. How do you restore dignity and self esteem?

This nine year old boy  lost three  permanent upper front teeth recently so his choices of treatment  were as follows

Do nothing , leave him without  upper front teeth  growing up and all the consequences,  bullying etc.

Place a denture (false teeth)  to restore the space . This may  be difficult to keep clean and to wear due to the child growing and his  teeth at the back changing over the next 3- 4 years

Implants   NOT USED IN CHILDREN AND GROWING PATIENTS

AUTOTRANSPLANTATION  This is what we did.  We transplanted teeth from  his lower jaw (which he didn’t need )  into the upper space  left  by the accident. These two transplants will continue to grow and  develop just like the child’s own teeth  and will promote the surrounding  bone  to  grow back.   As the teeth erupt and grow down,  we can reshape them to look  exactly like his  front teeth.
